At Luxe Looms Living, every rug is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and precision. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Color or size differences due to screen/monitor variations

• Slight irregularities, which are natural characteristics of handmade rugs

Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs

All custom rugs, made-to-order rugs, personalized sizes, colors, or designs are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Damage During Transit

If your rug arrives damaged:

1. Email us at support@luxeloomsliving.com

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Photos/videos of the damaged item

   • Photos of outer packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement, or

• A refund, depending on availability and situation

Return Process (If Approved)

• Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error was ours.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Luxe Looms Living is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our rugs are handmade using traditional techniques. Minor variations in:

• Color

• Texture

• Weave

• Size (±2–3%)

are not defects but part of the rug’s unique charm.
